Flying around the Volcano (in French)

Guillaume St-Onge, director of the laboratory, was in Iceland when the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajökull closed most of the European airspace. He was evaluating a PhD thesis on the combined use of volcanic ashes and changes in Earth’s magnetic field behavior to date marine and lacustrine sediments. He was invited to fly around the volcano.
